Dehkhoda Iranian School, as the oldest Persian-language school in the city of Montreal, is an independent, non-profit, and self-governing institution managed by a selected team of students’ parents and has no affiliation with any political or religious organization. This school was established on August 6, 1990, through the merger of the “Institute for Education of Iranian Children and Youth” and the “Center for Cultural and Social Cooperation of Iranians” in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
